Empowering Communities, Upholding Human Rights.

At the forefront of promoting human rights and upholding the rule of law in South Africa stands the MAGNA CARTA Center of Human Rights, a dedicated Law Clinic inspired by the timeless principles of the 1215 Magna Carta. Our mission is clear: to provide free legal services to indigent communities, with a special focus on women and refugees who are often marginalized and disenfranchised.
Through our Law Clinic, we are committed to fostering a new generation of knowledgeable legal professionals who are passionate about championing human rights and empowering disadvantaged individuals. We believe that access to justice is a fundamental right, and we are dedicated to bridging the gap between marginalized entrepreneurs and the legal resources they need to thrive.

To promote and protect the fundamental rights of South Africa's most vulnerable populations. We believe that equal access to justice is the cornerstone of a fair and just society, which is why we're dedicated to providing free legal services to indigent communities.

At our organization, we envision a future where everyone has equal access to justice, regardless of their background. We're dedicated to empowering marginalized communities by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to assert their rights. Our mission is to break down systemic barriers and ensure that every individual, irrespective of their socio-economic status, race, gender, or sexual orientation, receives fair and equal access to legal representation, advocacy, and education. Together, we can create a more just and equitable society.
